01 About FloraTrans and These Terms

FloraTrans.cc is a floriography arrangement service operated by ProSynServ, Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("FloraTrans," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FloraTrans.cc website and any orders you place through it.

By using FloraTrans.cc or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02 How Our Service Works

FloraTrans operates as a floriography curation and order-gathering service. When you place an order:

  • You pay FloraTrans (via ProSynServ, Inc.) the full amount shown at checkout — which includes the arrangement price and a separate FloraTrans service fee.
  • FloraTrans transmits your order to a licensed local florist through our fulfillment network, powered by Florist One. The arrangement is fulfilled and delivered by that florist.
  • FloraTrans remits the arrangement cost to the fulfilling florist. FloraTrans retains the service fee.
  • FloraTrans separately sends your printed Meaning Card (and, where applicable, the Registry of Sentiment) directly to the recipient by Priority Mail within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
FloraTrans is the merchant of record for your payment. Your arrangement is fulfilled by a licensed local florist — not shipped by FloraTrans directly.

03 Placing an Order

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate delivery and contact information. By submitting an order, you represent that all information provided is truthful and complete.

Orders are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from FloraTrans. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including if an arrangement cannot be fulfilled in the requested delivery area.

Please review your order carefully before submitting — recipient name, delivery address, and requested delivery date cannot always be modified after an order is placed.

04 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are inclusive of the FloraTrans service fee. Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. FloraTrans does not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal.

Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed, not at the time of delivery.

05 Delivery

FloraTrans offers nationwide delivery through our florist network. Delivery is fulfilled by local florists and is subject to availability in the recipient's area.

  • Same-day delivery may be available depending on your order time and the recipient's location. We cannot guarantee same-day delivery for all orders.
  • Delivery times are estimates. FloraTrans is not liable for delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our or our florist partners' control.
  • If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the arrangement, the florist will follow their standard redelivery or safe-drop procedure.
  • FloraTrans does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

06 Substitutions

Specific flower varieties are subject to seasonal and regional availability. Where a stem included in a FloraTrans composition is unavailable, we or our fulfilling florist may substitute a bloom of equal or greater symbolic meaning and value.

For FloraTrans signature compositions, we select substitutions with floriographic intent — meaning the substitution will carry the same emotional message as the original stem. Your Meaning Card will reflect the arrangement as actually delivered.

Substitutions do not affect the total price of your order and do not qualify for a refund.

07 The Meaning Card and Registry of Sentiment

Every FloraTrans order includes a printed Meaning Card. Orders for Abundant and Resplendent tiers include the Registry of Sentiment — a more detailed artifact produced by the Curatorial Division of ProSynServ, Inc.

  • The Meaning Card and Registry of Sentiment are mailed separately from the floral arrangement, by Priority Mail, within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
  • These printed materials are artistic representations and are produced by FloraTrans — they are not provided by the fulfilling florist.
  • FloraTrans is not responsible for postal delays affecting the Meaning Card or Registry of Sentiment once shipped.
  • If your Meaning Card is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date and we will resend it at no charge.

08 Cancellations and Refunds

Because floral arrangements are perishable and orders are transmitted to florists promptly, our cancellation window is limited.

  • Within 2 hours of placing your order: You may cancel for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been transmitted to the fulfilling florist.
  • After 2 hours or once transmitted to the florist: Cancellations are not available and no refund will be issued.
  • Arrangements damaged in transit: If your arrangement arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will work with the fulfilling florist to arrange a replacement or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information: No refund will be issued if an order cannot be delivered because you provided incorrect address details.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.

The FloraTrans service fee is non-refundable once your order has been transmitted to the fulfilling florist.

09 Bespoke Orders

FloraTrans offers bespoke arrangement commissions for situations not covered by our standard collection. Bespoke orders require a consultation and are subject to separate pricing and terms communicated at the time of commission.

Bespoke orders are non-refundable once the floriographic composition has been prepared and transmitted to the fulfilling florist.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on FloraTrans.cc — including floriographic compositions, Meaning Card text, the Registry of Sentiment, arrangement descriptions, imagery, and the FloraTrans name and logo — is the property of ProSynServ, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use FloraTrans content for commercial purposes without express written permission from ProSynServ, Inc.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloraTrans and ProSynServ, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any order placed through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

FloraTrans is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party fulfilling florists, once an order has been transmitted and accepted.

12 Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming — unless the dispute qualifies for small claims court.

You agree to bring any claim in your individual capacity only, and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

13 Changes to These Terms

FloraTrans may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
